I bought an apartment with this agency, they forced me to take it with ugly furniture (which I have to waste time reselling) and then I discovered from the developer that I had the option to buy it without furniture and get a further discount. Very disappointing!I want to remind Fazhaz management and its agents that a successful and defendable business is creating value for your customers before generating value for yourself. I will never rely on this agency again for future purchases.

I only planned on visiting Bangkok for a month, but loved it so much that I decided to live there for a year. I only had one week to find a place so I reached out to FazWaz and worked with Nai. His communication was the best out of any agent I worked with and he made things happen quickly. I was able to view multiple units the same day and even an entirely different building a few blocks down from our scheduled appointment. He's familiar with the neighborhoods and buildings so he was able to answer all of my questions. His English is also great, which makes the entire process a lot easier.
