  Business eVisa D2 can be issued for 1, 2 or 5 years and allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days at a time, extendable 2 times for 60 days each time. So it let you stay up to 180 days per visit, after which you need to leave the country. You can return at any time, and a new 60-day period will be counted each time from the moment you enter the country. This period can be again extended up to two times, each time for an additional 60 days. *to extend your 60 days visit, your 1 or 2-year visa must have at least 60 days remaining until it expires. ✔️ Throughout the validity of the visa, you can leave the country and comeback an unlimited number of times.

KItas

• Working KITAS

  If you would like to work and obtain income in Indonesia, you have to get a Work KITAS that allows foreign citizens to work officially in the country. Currently, you can get a Work KITAS for 12 months with possibility of extension. This is a multiple-entry visa, so you can leave the country and come back as many times as you need during the validity of your visa. Its requirements are quite strict. A work visa is issued for a specific position in a certain company, so it is not possible to obtain a work permit before employment. Also, you are NOT allowed to work in several companies or in different positions at the same time. Bank account statement with a minimum balance of $2000 for the last 3 months.

• 1-YEAR REMOTE WORKER KITAS

  Remote Worker KITAS E33G is issued for a duration of 1 year, allowing you to reside in Indonesia while working for a foreign company online. This is a multiple-entry visa, meaning that during its validity, you are permitted to leave and re-enter the country an unlimited number of times. Personal bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 2000 for the last three months. Official company payslip or personal bank account that proves income in the form of salary or income worth at least $60,000 per year.

• Investor Kitas

  You should meet the following requirements to obtain an Investor Kitas: The investor should have a minimum of 10 billion IDR in shares invested. The company’s paid up capital should have a minimum of 10 billion IDR, which also has a requirement to declare minimum investment plan 10 billion IDR. The sponsor company can start sponsoring Investors once it has obtained a business registration number (NIB) and trading licenses (Ijin Usaha), foreign company investment realization report (LKPM, this report should be conducted every three months), company’s documents, the ID card and tax number of the company’s representative (should be valid)
