ATA Services is a multi-jurisdiction business enabler, not just a visa agent. They specialize in legal setup, HR outsourcing, and EOR (Employer of Record) solutions — serving Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Their strength is structural scaling for foreign firms, not just solopreneur entry.

Use Case | Fit |
---|---|

Sovereign systems builder (asset control) | ⚠️ |
Long-term passive residency without working | ❌ |
ATA is corporate-grade infrastructure. Ideal if you’re building something with real payroll, clients, and structure. Not ideal if you’re running a solo game and need a $300/month visa hack.
It’s for builders, not tourists. Use it if your play is multi-country, growth-oriented, and long-term legal. Avoid it if you’re in monk mode or asset-shielding phase — they are system-aligned, not structure-breakers.

4 months agoHaving a dream to build a business in your country is always challenging! Imaging that you wanna do this in another continent means a foreign er country, with a language you can’t speak, with lawns and method you’ve ever known. I choose ATA after some interviews and research: I’ve been surprised from the knowledge of their team and the kindness and patience they had with me. I started my business in Thailand few months ago but I feel helped every step, believing for a long a great collaboration. A big thanks to all the people are working with me every day and a special thanks to Mrs Annisa D.Putri that has been the first spark of this project and my “yes” to ATA Services !
