Exorbitant Prices and a Substandard Experience The Salto del Monday waterfall is breathtaking in itself, but the institutional management is disappointing. The prices are disproportionate to what is offered: there are almost no activities, no guides, no educational programs, and no experience that justifies the entrance fee. Visitor services are poor, distant, and uninterested. Everything boils down to collecting money and letting people in. The elevator, far from enhancing the visit, eliminates real contact with nature and turns an awe-inspiring place into a quick and empty experience. Environmental care is insufficient: neglected trails, scant signage, and no information on conservation. Respect for and connection with the environment are not encouraged, only consumption. One leaves with the distinct feeling of having paid far too much for far too little. A poorly managed and wasted natural heritage.
