About Me


Hi, I’m Chona Lupac Habibi. I’ve been working in the visa and business consulting field in Indonesia for over five years. I started at a well-known firm, where I gained experience in company incorporation, legal amendments, liquidation, and licensing (including SIUPAL, BUJKA, PSE, Recruitment Licenses, and NPPBKC). I also handled tax deactivation for individuals and corporations, VAT, and BPJS (Indonesia’s health and social security system).

On the immigration side, I’ve worked on a wide range of cases—including KITAS, KITAP, and more complicated visa matters involving overstays or legal risk.

Since June 2022, I’ve been working independently as a visa agent and business consultant. I now serve a growing number of individual clients and companies, many of whom continue to use my services regularly.

I believe many people need help navigating Indonesian immigration—but don’t know where to start. My job is to make that process easier. Visa Prices

  • B211a visa (includes sponsorship fee)

    The visa allows a stay of up to 60 days per entry, with the possibility of extending twice for an additional 60 days each time.

    The KITAS is valid for 6 years Retirement KITAS is for foreigners who will spend their Retirement in Indonesia Each year you will be required to complete a yearly extension. There is no need to go out of the country to arrange the yearly extension.

    To get an Indonesian Investor KITAS, you must meet the following requirements: Be a director or commissioner for a company that has invested at least IDR 10 billion in Indonesia Have a Business Registration Number (NIB) and Business Licence The company must have at least 20% Indonesian employees

    Designer for who are able to work virtually for any companies located outside the country. Validity for 1 year and non extendable. proof of income no less than 16k usd per year.

    a dependent visa or KITAS is the most encouraged way for families to stay together while one family member is in Indonesia for work, study, or other purposes. To get a dependent KITAS, you must be sponsored by a family member who holds the primary visa, like a work permit visa. This visa type helps keep families united and offers various benefits, making it easier for family members to live in Indonesia.
