I've been using this bank for years and have a premium subscription. But recently it got worse: chat with a customer support for documents verification process is a disaster. I'm in a process of residence permit prolongation and have an official document from German government that I'm a resident. Customer support simply doesn't accept it (but accept for other users, is it a joke?), so I can't use features I bought. And I spent the whole day chatting without any progress. Please, educate your agents properly!
Very easy to use, both adding funds to the account and making payments from the account. Transferring funds between currencies is quick and easy. Using the card has been without problem and has been accepted everywhere I have wanted to use it. I use it primarily when travelling and the card has become as important as taking my passport.
They literally allow scam. They don't even give the details for the police in order to find the guilty or send the money back. This is one of the most dark and not realiable """banks""" I have ever seeing. Their support is near none. Its hard to even chat with them. There is no phone anywhere or anything. And once you talk with them they just dodge.And now as the top of the cake they are not even allowing me to enter on my own account just because my device doesn't have camera. And the say its absolutely mandatory to have access to my face to enter an account I opened months ago without needing it. Even having all the data to proof I'm myself.DON'T YOU DARE to risk your money here.
The most understanding helpful caring is Revolut
Solving problems promptly ensuring your supported updated and not leaving you in any doubt of a bad outcome . Never had problems so much variety on the app and so pleased with customer service… I’ve ditched the rest

Starting using Revolut about 4 months ago. It's been the best thing I've done as my card was stolen on holiday and I was notified immediately that suspicious activity had happened with my card. Looked in my bag to find my purse had been stolen with cards and money in. Revolut had been great in stopping my card and after filling out a form I have been refunded the money. What other bank would have been that quick?
